Mexico White-Winged Doves
The tremendous grain producing valley in the state of Tamilipas Mexico has created a near perfect habitat for wingshooting. Thousands of white-winged doves which migrate here each year and reside in the valley until late October each fall. You will hunt each morining, then return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch and a short siesta, you will hunt again each afternoon.
Your hunt will originate in Harlingen, Texas where you will be met by our English-speaking representative, assisted through customs and then transported by van to the lodge. Upon arriving at the lodge, lunch will be served prior to your afternoon hunt. After a good nights rest, you will awake to an American Style breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, toast, coffee and juice. Meals are fantastic, featuring steaks, quail, fish, Mexican cuisine, and all the trimmings. Complimentary refreshments consisting of wine, beer, margaritas, soft drinks and bottled water are served with each dinner. Hor' d'oeuvres such as nachos, quesedillas and bacon wrapped doves are served each day. Accommodations are based on double occupancy and each room has a private bath and shower. All rooms are air conditioned and heated for your personal comfort.
This package as described includes three days of hunting, bilingual host from arrival to departure, all ground transportation from Harlingen, TX to the lodge, meals, lodging, refreshments, guides, Mexican hunting license, the use of Beretta shotguns and the processing of your birds. The package does not include gratuities, personal items, long distance phone calls or shotgun shells.
